Renovation of a municipal facility in Nashotah, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of August 16, 2024, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** All bidders must file a Bidders Qualification Statement with the Village Clerk on or before 1:00 pm on Monday, July 22, 2024. The bid will be a lump sum amount for all work to be completed. Bid Security in the form of a cashier's check or certified check payable to the Village of Nashotah, or a Bid Bond without conditions to the Village of Nashotah in the amount of five (5) percent of the base bid shall be submitted with the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a proper contract and bond will be executed and filed within 10 days after the acceptance of the bid. If such bidder fails to execute and file such contract, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages The Village has the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Village. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer.
