Renovation of a medical facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Public Health Facility located at 799 Highland Ave, Winston-Salem, NC is in need of a renovation. The goal of the Project is to redevelop the clinics to have a centralized waiting room, more efficient use of examination rooms and staff areas, improved patient privacy, and to provide an experience to our citizens that would mimic facilities at a private practice. Project shall include validation of the schematic plan developed by Norwood Design, completion of construction documents, and construction administration services to address the project needs. Project will be completed using the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. The selected architectural firm will participate in the selection process for the Construction Manager. Any questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted in writing by email and directed to the Construction Management Division, Attn: Mr. James Anderson Jr at andersja@forsyth.cc. If a question of general nature is asked by any firm with regards to this RFQ, a copy of the written response will be issued by addendum. The deadline for inquires is 12:00 pm, July 31, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids
