Base CLIN entails replacing AHU-8 and CU-8 at Building 501. In addition to the base work described above, the solicitation will include the following option line items: Option 1: Replace AHU-1 and CU-1 at Building 314, Option 2: Replace AHU-11 and CU-11 at Building 501E, Option 3: Replace AHU-2 and CU-2 at Building 314 The contract duration will be 180 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a size standard of $19M. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Funds are not presently available for this contract.
