The project includes All coordination, planning, and performing of the work as indicated and specified; furnishing all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete construction of the new 60" HDPE Inlet Pipe and corresponding stop log chamber requiring partial demolition of the existing concrete ogee weir, sliplining of the existing principal spillway arch conduit, construction of the principal spillway chamber, replacement of the downstream principal spillway piping, repairs to the auxiliary spillway piping, modifications to the downstream outlet channel with construction of a stilling basin, placement of rockfill along the upstream slope, and other related work as indicated and specified The City of Saratoga Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bid documents. State Finance Law 163(9)(d) Any and all professional services performed under this Agreement shall be completed by an individual licensed by the NYS Office of Professions - Education Department as applicable to the service provided including, but not limited to accounting, actuarial, engineering and architectural services. The Contractor represents that it has all necessary governmental licenses to perform the services described herein. Vendor and/or Service Provider will invoice the City on a monthly basis and the City will pay all invoices within thirty (30) days of receipt of the invoice or as practicable. The City shall pay the Vendor and/or Service Provider in accordance with the City Charter per the Purchasing Guidelines established by the City. All work performed under this agreement must be in accordance with the NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Regulations.
