Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in La Grange, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project has work at both North Oldham High School and at Oldham County High School. At NOHS, the work includes a new videoboard and several video display boards, replacement of the Visitors bleachers and press box, new shot put and discus events, segmental retaining wall, construction of new sidewalks and fencing, and new terraced seating at the tennis courts which includes permeable pavers. At OCHS , the work includes a new pedestrian plaza with permeable pavers, several video display boards, demolition of an existing building, and new sidewalks and fencing. Major systems include Electrical and Voice/Data. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids received where such acceptance, rejection, or waiver is considered to be in the best interest of the Owner or to reject any bid where evidence or information submitted by the bidder does not satisfy the Owner that the bidder is qualified to carry out the details of the Contract Documents. General Information: State Wage Rates are not applicable. Conflicts of interest, gratuities and kickbacks are defined in KRS 45A.445 and as provided for in KRS 45A.455 are absolutely prohibited. Preference for resident bidders shall be given as outlined in KRS 45A.90 to 45A.94. The successful bidder must supply a 100% Performance and Payment Bond as outlined in the Project Manual Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of each proposal submitted must accompany each Proposal in accordance with the Form of Proposal.
