The City is seeking Proposals from qualified proponents to provide professional construction management services for the renovations at 160 Clair Rd W. Guelph, ON N1L 1G1(Clair Road Emergency Services Centre, GPS and EMS divisions.) The City of Guelph is looking to renovate portions of its Clair Road Emergency Services Centre so that city units housed here may work efficiently and effectively and continue to satisfy service delivery requirements well into the future. The project consists of renovations to the Emergency Medical Services and Guelph Police Services components of the CRESC. Earlier in June of 2024, Fabrik Architects of Cambridge, ON was hired to oversee the design of the renovations and subsequent preparation.
