Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor to Prep & Paint all Concrete Canopies, Hand Rails and Trim at McCants Middle. The successful contractor shall assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience. The award will be to one (1) contractor. SPECIFICATIONS Location: McCants Middle School Prep & Paint all Concrete Canopies 1. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams flat exterior paint 2. Color: match existing Prep & Paint all Hand Rails & Trim 1. 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Urethane Industrial Enamel 2. Color: match existing Clean all Canopies 1. Pressure wash all canopies on campus Additional Items 1. Clean all surfaces, removing dust, dirt, tape, etc. 2. Prime any bare areas with a bonding primer 3. All debris will be removed and all areas cleaned to original stat before final payments are submitted 4. Work hours will be determined at on-site visit.
