Oak Lodge Water Services is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced firms able to provide construction services for the LS5 I&I Sewer Improvement Project Phase 1. The project generally consists of pipe bursting and lateral reconnection for approx. 4017 feet of sanitary sewer pipe in Oak Lodge Water Services District: East of the Willamette River, West of SE River Rd, South of SE Roethe Rd, and North of Glen Echo Ave. Jennings Lodge, OR. The engineer's estimate for this project is $2,006,913 - $2,111,913. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed in favor of the Oak Lodge Water Services Authority in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount.
