This solicitation is to upgrade lighting fixtures and electrical improvements at the maintenance campus, Mt. Nebo Wildlife Management Area, Garrett County, 1728 King's Run Road, Oakland, Maryland 21550. The PROJECT CLASSIFICATION for this solicitation is: "B" ($100,000 to $500,000) The MBE subcontracting participation goal for this solicitation is: 10% The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $350.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions."
