Renovation of a residential development in Royersford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This gas conversion project involves replacement of existing gas ranges in 85-apartment units with new electric ranges. The project includes replacement of an existing gas range in the ground floor community room kitchen with a new electric range. The project includes replacement of existing gas clothes dryers in the ground floor laundry room with new electric clothes dryers. Existing gas lines are intended to be fully evacuated, cut-back and concealed behind new finish surfaces. Gas lines will be labeled as abandoned as described in the plumbing documents. Electrical service and distribution upgrades shall be provided as described in the electrical documents. Questions Due Date: Sep 19th 2024, 10:00 AM EDT A Certified Check or Bank Draft, payable to the order of The Montgomery County Housing Authority, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted on-line through PennBid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. The Montgomery County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding when, in the opinion of the MCHA, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
