Site work and renovation of a communication facility in Creston, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.
The project involves implementing structural improvements and adding new communication equipment to the existing 80-foot-high communication tower. Structural improvements include reinforcement and expansion of the existing concrete foundation and grade beam, added grounding/bonding, removal and replacement of the existing fence, placement of erosion control measures, and restoration of disturbed areas upon completion of the improvements. There will be no changes to the tower dimensions, including no change in the tower height. An existing propane tank will be relocated to be within the perimeter fence. Engineer's Estimate: $135,000 Note: The County insurance requirements have been updated. Interested parties should review these requirements to ensure applicable types and amounts of coverage can be provided.
