Berkshire Lsd - Pre-k Modular Building - Site Utility Package Project All Bids Must Include a Bid Guaranty, as Described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid Within 60 Days After the Opening; the Board Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities, Reject Any or All Bids, and Conduct Necessary Investigations to Determine Bidder Responsibility. The total estimated construction cost for the base bid is $525,000.00. Bidders shall submit written questions to Larry Rancour, Schorr Architects, at lrancour@schorrarchitects.com, by 12:00 P.M. on July 29, 2024 to allow sufficient time for the Design Professional to respond The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the construction of a Pre ñ Engineered Industrialized Modular Unit Pre-K Classroom Facility for Berkshire local School District, including all site related material removals, site utilities, paving, structures, and improvements. The Modular Unit has been purchased by the District and will be provide by Boxx Modular under a separate contract. The Work shall commence as of the Effective Date of this Agreement with all associated Work being completed on or before October 15, 2024. Final Completion shall mean that the Work is complete in all respects in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor has submitted to the Owner all required documents. The date of Final Completion shall be within 14 calendar days from the Date of Substantial Completion.
