The work shall consist of the Full Depth Road Reclamation with Calcium Chloride and HMA overlay, minor structural of County Line Road (CR1200S) from CR 800E to SR 9. The project will also consist of milling and HMA overlay of the following roads: N 408 W (Maple LN.) from Culde-Sac to W 100 N (0.221 miles)o W 412 S from SR 5 to S 010 W (0.073 miles) S 010 W from W 400 S to W 412 S (0.107 miles) W 405 S from S 010 W to W 400 S (0.132 miles) S 006 W from W 400 S to W 405 S (0.063 miles) W 200 N (Waterworks Rd.) from N Etna Ave. to City Limits (0.649 miles) N Broadway St. from US 24 to W 600 N (1.059 miles) W 300 N (Taylor St.) from S Broadway St. to N Meridian St. (1.027 miles) W 600 N from N 300 W to SR 9 (1.961 miles) (HMA Overlay only) This work will also include cleaning of the project areas and all other work necessary to provide for a complete project and as included in the Construction Schedule and Specifications for the overlay of these roads. The total length of all roadways in this project is 6 miles. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, drawn on an acceptable bank, or an acceptable bidder's bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Huntington County, Indiana. The Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to comply with required Federal and State labor regulations. Huntington County, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts there-of and to waive irregularities in bids all to the advantage of Huntington County.
