Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The work to be performed consists, in general, of furnishing and installing street lighting improvements along Park Way from to Oak Street to Pine Street, Sunset Ave from Elm Street to Pine Street, and San Emidio Street from Elm Street to A Street. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of (1) Type 15 streetlight pole with 6' mast arm and LED fixture, installation of (53) decorative lighting post with LED lamp, (85) streetlight/intermediate pull boxes, conduit, conductors, and installation of (2) new non-metered pedestals, construction of new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, modification of existing fencing, and existing landscape/irrigation as necessary to accommodate the specified work, all in conformance with the contract documents.
