Columbia, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster, Westchester Cos., Highway - Where & When - Various Locations Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $375,000.00) , Goals: MBE: 5.00%, WBE: 10.00%, SDVOB: 0.00% This project will consist of taking immediate action to repair and prevent future degradation of portions of state highways in the event of an emergency. The work will encompass various municipalities in the counties of Columbia, Dutchess, Ulster, Rockland, Orange, Putnam and Westchester. The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Summer 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2026. This Project is Located in the Hudson Valley Region and Includes the Following: Counties Ulster Westchester Columbia Orange Dutchess Rockland Putnam Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
