Tower Prep Question Deadline 07/22/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Addendum Deadline 07/24/2024 @5:00 PM BOS Meeting 08/19/2024 Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Proposal bond, with a properly executed Power of Attorney attached, in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the proposal payable without condition to the County. The proposal guarantee shall guarantee that the Proposer, if awarded the contract, will, within ten (10) working days after the award, execute such contract in accordance with the proposal and in manner and form required by the contract documents, and will furnish good and sufficient bond for the faithful performance of the same, a payment bond and a certificate of insurance.
