Renovation of a mixed-use development in Countryside, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work shall include, but not be limited to the following for Elevator #1. 1.1.2.1 Hydraulic passenger elevator, complete with electrically operated power unit, signal fixtures, control equipment, cab ceiling, handrails, car doors, hoistway door equipment and all hardware required to provide a complete and fully operational passenger elevator. 1.1.2.2 Testing and adjustment of all elevator related controls and equipment. 1.1.2.3 Preventive maintenance and maintenance service shall be provided by the Contractor beginning at the start of the first elevator and continuing for twelve months after written Temporary Acceptance of the final elevator by Owner. 1.1.2.4 Contractor shall furnish to the Owner all appropriate certificates, instruction manuals, schematic diagram, software documentation, and shop drawings indicating "As-Built" conditions, within 30 days of final acceptance of the work. 1.1.2.5 Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and payment of any required installation/building permits and inspection fees for the installation of the elevators.
