Demolition, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Design plans call for the addition of a two-story above grade, six-room, 162-seat educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; five-room, 88-seat day care center; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction of an expansion onto the existing facility. Scope to include: a 5-room childcare addition for 88 spaces; a 6-classroom addition for 162 students; new student washrooms; new single-use staff washrooms; construction of an elevator if required. TIMELINE: Designs are ongoing. Square footage for the addition is unreleased. Tender schedules have yet to be confirmed by the owner. Further update summer/fall 2026. *Provincial funding contribution by the Ministry of Education - 7.8 million.
