Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Sarasota, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and pre-engineered storage facility.
This project consists of the renovations of an existing vehicle storage building and the expansion of the existing parking lot and storage lot on site, at the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport. All Bidders must have a valid General Contractor s License and be licensed in accordance with Florida Laws This is a Davis-Bacon Certified Payroll project, and will require blue security badges ($30/per, 1 badged person can accompany 4 non-badged persons provided they are within line of sight and can communicate with each other without devices [phones or two-way radio]). All subcontracts over $200k will require a P&P bond, please include your bond rate in your proposal. Also, there is a 3% DBE participation target, if your firm is certified as some form of DBE (veteran/minority/woman owned, etc..) please include your certifications along with your proposal. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 10-18-2024. Magnum Builders requests DBE/MBE/WBE/Veterans Owned/DVBE Participation
