The City of McKinney (City) is accepting sealed proposals for the Construction of McKinney Soccer Complex Phase 2 Questions Due Date: Jan 16th 2025, 2:00 PM CST A. General: The Scope of Work for this Project shall consist of providing all supplies, support services, data, labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, construction, and all else required to complete the improvements at the existing Soccer Complex in the City of McKinney, Texas. B. Project Scope: The Base Bid Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following major items, to the extent specified and indicated: 1. Provide administration and construction support services to complete the work including construction staking and surveying. 2. Apply for and procure all applicable permits from the applicable governing agencies. This project falls within the City of McKinney, Collin County, Texas. 3. Procure necessary permits for personnel, equipment, and construction operations. 4. Coordinate and schedule work provided by others. 5. Register all vendors, subcontractors who will be on the job. 6. Video tape existing site conditions. 7. Establish traffic control on or near project site. 8. Establish temporary utilities (water); Note - contractor pays for water. 9. Utilities line locate and staking (coordinate with Engineering staff). 10. Coordinate with testing services (paid by City of McKinney). City will contract with labs. 12. Conversion of existing grass fields to synthetic turf fields. 13. Construction of new entry into the complex on the south side side. 14. New landscaping. 15. New electrical services. 16. New irrigation system. 17. Provide and install utilities and drainage systems as per drawings, 18. Provide grading repair and grassing to all areas damaged by construction operations. 19. Clean-up. 20. Punch list to Substantial Completion. 21. Final walk-through. 22. Punch list and close-out to Final Acceptance. 23. Coordination with local municipality and other governing agencies as required. 24. Coordination with other contractors as required. 25. Coordination as required regarding electrical service to controllers.
