Nysdot Region - 04 Project Description - This project involves the I-590 over Rt 31 (BINs 1021661 & 1021662) bridge replacement and Allens Creek Rd (BINs 1025951 & 1025952) deck replacement in the Tn of Brighton, Monroe Co. Project will pave between the bridges and bridge approaches and widen and increase shoulder pavement thickness. This project will replace the bridges on I-590 over Route 31 and rehabilitate the bridges on I-590 over Allens Creek Rd in the Town of Brighton, Monroe County. Project will pave between the bridges and bridge approaches and widen and increase shoulder pavement thickness. These bridges are on a critical route and provide connections to the east side of the urban core of the region. It is a designated Truck Access Route: Qualifying Highway (National Network), in recognition of its function as an important mover of goods in the Region. Approximate Bid Deposit ($) - 2,750,000 Project Value - if > $40,000,000 and = $70,000,000 As of July 12, 2024, the project is in Final Planning status. Anticipated letting Month & Year is 11/2024 NY DOT - I-590 Over RT 31 (BINs 1021661 & 1021662) Bridge Replacement and Allens Creek Rd (BINs 1025951 & 1025952) Deck Replacement *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP).
