Site work and paving for a civil project in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The last day for questions from prospective Bidders will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024. Addendums will be issued on Thursday, July 25, 2024. The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction and installation of the following work: Construction of new water and sewer lines to provide service to new developments, existing connections and to improve pressure along Gateway West Project. The project consists of approximately 2,120 LF of proposed 8- inch diameter PVC sewer line, including all necessary, fittings, and appurtenances and of approximately 7,880 LF of proposed 12-inch diameter PVC water line, including all necessary valves, fittings, and appurtenances. Replace 11,910 SY of asphalt pavement, complete in place. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the amount bid. The Successful Bidder states he or she must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and the General Conditions.
