Tramway Gatineau - Ottawa project. TIMELINE: Contract for the services of a multidisciplinary technical consulting firm or group of firms to support its Project Office (BPTGO) has been awarded to the consortium Groupe Porteur made up of the companies: Systra Canada Inc, Egis Rail S.A. and Services EXP Inc. Reference number: 20005192. The consultants will complete the technical and environmental studies. The technical and environmental studies are scheduled to start in spring, 2025. The project will comprise the following phases: - Phase 1 - Studies - approximate target period from early 2025 to late 2027; - Phase 2 - Procurement, preparatory work and land acquisition - approximate target period from early 2028 to late 2029; - Phase 3 - Project construction and commissioning - approximate target period 2030 to 2035.
