Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Materials, equipment, and labor to complete (3) drive rebuilds. The City of Fond du Lac may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City. The City also reserves the right to waive any formalities or informalities in bidding, and to select the bid that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the City. Labor, Equipment, and Materials to perform the following: -Complete clarifier lower and intermediate drive rebuild -Includes replacing all ball, races, and seals in lower drive -Includes replacing bearings, lip seals, gaskets, and limit switches on intermediate drive -Replace upper gear motor -Replace chain and sprockets -Re-use existing guard -Replace rubber seal from stilling well to column pipe -Drive rebuild can be completed on or off site -Crane will need to be provided to pull and re-install the drive, bridge, and platform -Includes painting of drive Question Deadline: 05/22/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Inquiries regarding this Request for Bids will be accepted via E-mail only, addressed to Cameron Fails, at cfails@fdl.wi.gov.
