Supply & install new natural gas powered generator. Approved manufactures include Generac, Caterpillar & Kohler 2. Supply & install new concrete support pad (approx. 44" x 85"). 4,000 psi 5" thick with #4 rebar at 1' O.C. each way over 4" of crushed rock. 3. Supply & install new automatic transfer switch. 4. Supply & install new copper feeders between transfer switch & main service, transfer switch & generator. 5. Upgrade natural gas service & piping to meet generator requirements. 6. Remove and supply new plastic solid fence / post to match existing and provide required clearance around the new generator. 7.
