FA Proj , Erie Co., Bridge Rehabilitations - NY Routes 5 & 277, City of Buffalo & Town of West Seneca., Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $375,000.00) , Goals: DBE: 5.00% This project will maintain and preserve the Region's bridges under the Bridge MBC (Maintenance-By-Contract) and Preservation Program in SFY 24/25, various locations in Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara Counties. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
