Site work for a civil project in Perry, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions received less than five business days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. This project includes the rehabilitation of a drainage swale with the use of stone filled gabion baskets. The purpose of this project is to redirect storm water to prevent flooding in the Avington Glenn neighborhood. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5%, and shall be subject to the conditions provided in Section 00 21 13 Instruction to Bidders. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 90 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed of the contract. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $300 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Substantial Completion. The project shall be Final Complete within 30 calendar days beyond Substantial Completion. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $300 per day for each calendar day required to achieve Final Completion Description: Avington Chase Drainage Swale Rehabilitation - This project includes the rehabilitation of a drainage swale with the use of stone filled gabion baskets.
