Renovation of an educational facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work necessary to complete repairs to the SIIT concrete Parkade located at SIIT Building, 229 - 4th Avenue Saskatoon SK. Question Deadline 07/24/2024 2:00 PM CT Direct questions via email to Clark Brotzell, Willms Engineering. E-mail address is cbrotzell@willmsengineering.ca. All queries to be submitted via email. Queries must be submitted 2 working days prior to Bid closing date. Final Addenda will be issued 1 working days prior to Bid Closing date. The repair work will consist of the removal of damaged concrete, the cleaning of reinforcing steel and the installation of new concrete. Replacement of parkade membrane is also part of the scope of this work. Disconnection and Reconnection of some electrical devices may be required in order for the Bidder to execute their work scope. Coordinate this work with the Owner, costs associated with this work will be paid by Owner. The Bidder will coordinate any electrical work with the Owner to accommodate their work schedule
