The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform scheduled, emergency, and unscheduled repair services on the DMV Liebert, Eaton, and APC Smart Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) and Power Distribution Systems (all models), test and record voltage and ampacity for all UPS batteries, replace specific batteries as identified in this Agreement, maintain the Schneider Electric Solar Inverter A and Solar Inverter B systems, and to provide monthly testing on all automatic transfer and tie breaker power distribution equipment for the term of this Agreement The anticipated term for this contract is November 1, 2024, through October 31, 2026. Questions are due 7/25/24 at 5:00 p.m. Answers will be posted 8/1/24 by 5:00 p.m. Contractor License Type C-10 the awarded contractor shall provide a payment bond equal to one-hundred-percent (100%) of the total
