Fa Proj , Nassau, Suffolk Cos., Highway - Pavement Markings - Various Locations, Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $375,000.00) , Goals: Dbe: 3.00% This project proposes to upgrade pavement markings along state highways in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Each roadway is remarked on a three year cycle to ensure adequate markings are in place. This project also includes modifying existing markings to address safety concerns. Project Status The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to begin in Fall 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Spring 2026. Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond.
