Site work for a water / sewer project in Crestwood, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 14, 2025 the award has been made and construction is underway. The original bid follows below. ____________________________________________________ SANITARY SEWER, FORCE MAIN: including but not limited to 4113’ 15” Sanitary Sewer, 7026’ dual 10” force main, 425’ bore and jack, clearing, rock removal, temporary tie into existing plant, restoration, and all other incidentals. PUMP STATION: including but not limited to dual 10’ diameter wet well with 87 hp pumps, valve vault, splitter manhole, electrical building, yard piping, fencing and all other incidentals. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids and to waive formalities. In the event that the lowest Bidder’s price overruns the Owners budget, the Owner reserves the right to negotiate with a portion of or all Bidders. In the event that the low bid is within the Owner’s budget, the Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive Bidder which, in the Owners sole and absolute judgement, will best serve the interest of the Owner Completion Date - July 11th, 2025
