Renovation of an industrial development in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 43,200-square-foot industrial development.
Engineers estimate is $210,000 Questions may be directed to Tracy Friesz, Ph. 509.547.3378 Section 1: Description of the Work: The project involves re-roofing existing warehouse four bay one with new Single Ply Membrane Roof-Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing. Plans are attached as Drawings T101, PH-01, A101, A301 and A302. General demolition includes, but is not limited to, removal of flashings, equipment as required, existing TPO where required, etc.to install new TPO roof over existing TPO roofing. Existing Conditions and Conditional items for project: 1. If roofing manufacturer's 20 year warranty requires a cover board be placed prior to installation of new 60 mil TPO roofing membrane over existing TPO roof system, contractor shall include the required product in their bid. 2. Cap flashing at parapets can be re-used, but if damage happens when removing the sections damaged sections shall be replaced. 3. Existing wood decking at upper and lower roof areas is 2x6 T&G. The two lower roof areas have 4-1/4" thick insulation at clerestory window areas that tapers down to 1/2" at roof edges. The upper roof area has 2" thick insulation. All existing roof areas have 1/4" cover board over insulation then TPO membrane. Project specific requirements are listed below:
