The Project Consists of a New 400 Core Student High School for Northampton County Schools. The New School Will Be Approximately 94,500 Square Feet. The Primary Structure Will Be Separated Into Two Buildings by a 2- Hour Double Load Bearing Masonry Wall Fire Wall With 2-Hour Cast-In-Place Concrete Portals. The North Building, Consisting of Classrooms, Administration, Dining Commons, Media Center and Kitchen, Will Be a One Story Building With Steel Structure and Non-load Bearing Cold Form Metal Stud Walls With Interior Drywall. The South Building, Consisting of a 1200 Seat Gymnasium, 250 Seat Theater Auditorium, Band Room, Cte Labs and Cosmetology Center, Will Be a One Story Building With Load Bearing Masonry Structures and Includes an Approximately 4,700 Square Foot Suspended Equipment Platform With Composite Metal Deck and Concrete Slab. The Roof Over Both Buildings Will Be Both Low-Sloped and Pitched Pvc Membrane Roofing With Parapet Walls on Metal Framing. The Exterior Skin Will Be Brick Veneer. Exterior Windows Will Be Aluminum Storefront Framing With Aluminum Framed Curtainwall Main Entry and High Level Clearstory Over the Main Dining Commons. Sun Control Devices Are Included at South and West Facing Windows. The Main Entry Includes a Custom Entry Canopy and Concrete Seat Walls. The Mechanical System Will Be Geothermal. Site Feature Will Include Football, Track and Field and Practice Sports Fields. Auxiliary Site Buildings and Structures Include Separate Loadbearing Masonry Tickets and Concessions, Field House Building. Home Grandstands With Press Box and Visitor Grandstands. The Roofs of Loadbearing Site Building Will Be Pitched Pvc Membrane Roofs With Parapet Walls Three Sides Over Metal Framing. Baseball and Softball Fields and Associated Site Improvements Include a Standalone Loadbearing Concessions Building and Dugout Canopy Structures.
