The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide pipe replacement services (Jack and Bore) for VDOT Halifax Residency, per the specifications of this solicitation. All work shall be performed in compliance with the applicable parts of the VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications 2020 or latest edition, including but not limited to: Section 302 - Drainage Structures, Section 232 - Pipe and Pipe Arches, Section 249 - Flowable Backfill, Section 217 - Hydraulic Cement Concrete, Section 218 - Hydraulic Cement Mortar and Grout, Section 303 - Earthwork, Section 512 - Maintaining Traffic, Section 107.16 - Environmental Stipulations. All work shall be performed in compliance with the Virginia Department of Environmental procedures and any revisions issued during the term of the contract.
