The Scope of Services for the FY 2024-2025 Non-Potable Water (NPW) Pipeline Connection Project includes preparation of biddable engineering plans and specifications and related design services. CVWD will apply for Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan funding for the FY 2024-2025 NPW Pipeline Design Projects by December 31, 2024. The Project Design must meet the schedule to complete 90% design for the off-site pipeline on or before December 27, 2024 to meet this schedule for CWSRF loan submittal. The Project includes design of approximately 29,000 linear feet of Off-Site pipeline ranging from 12-inch diameter to 36-inch diameter and approximately 4,200 linear feet of 12-inch diameter NPW pipeline, six CVWD metering vaults, six control vaults, six telemetry panels, and appropriate discharge points. The scope also includes incorporating designs for electrical power and meter installation to be prepared by Southern California Edison (SCE) or Imperial Irrigation District (IID).
