Purchase Only and/or Purchase/installation of Exterior Township Neighborhood and Park Signs The Twp is seeking proposals for purchase only & purchase/install of exterior Twp neighborhood & park signs. Currently, there are approx 100 signs throughout the Twp that identify neighborhoods & Twp owned properties. Of the 100 signs, approx 25 are double sided and approx 13 are custom structures. The Twp wishes to maintain the current sign design & style of each "standard" and "custom" sign. The "standard" sign includes a main sign panel with the text "Cherry Hill Township" & an image of a set of evergreen trees & a separate name plate panel to identify individual neighborhoods or park facilities. A photo of one existing sign has been included as reference. Photo & locations of each "custom" sign in their existing state have also been included. The vendor shall be responsible for locating each custom sign & submitting a price to: 1 manufacture & deliver sign to 1 Perina Blvd and 2. manufacture & install sign at appropriate locations. Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 40a:11-23c, Addenda May Be Issued for Bids. It is the Sole Responsibility of the Person Submitting the Bid to Be Knowledgeable of All Addenda Related to This Procurement. Copies of Addenda and Notice of Same Will Be Made Available online and Will Be Forwarded as Prescribed by Law to All Vendors Who Have Registered With the Purchasing Department. The Applicant/proposer Shall Submit One (1) Original With Original Signatures Marked "original" and Should Submit Two (2) Complete and Exact Copies of the Original Marked "copy" of His/her Proposal and an Electronic Copy on a Cd or Flash Drive. The Township Council Reserves the Right to Reject All Proposals Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40a:11-13.2 (Rejection of Bids) and to Waive Such Minor Informalities as May Be Permitted by Law. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5- 31 Et Seq. And N.J.S.A. 17:27-1 Et Seq., Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements. Bidders Are Also Required to Comply With N.J.S.A. 19:44a-20.5 Et Seq., P.L. 2004, Chapter 19 (as Amended by P.L. 2005, C.51). Question: No oral interpretation and or clarification of the meaning of the specifications for any goods and services will be made to any bidder. All addenda so issued shall become part of the specification and bid documents and shall be acknowledged by the bidder in the bid by completing the Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda form. The owner's interpretations or corrections thereof shall be final. The initial term of this contract shall be for one (1) year from final execution of the contract. In addition, at the end of the initial term, by mutual written consent of the Township of Cherry Hill and the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two (2) - one (1) year extensions, at the same cost and terms, provided funds are available.
