A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirments of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the governement. Removal of existing carpet and floor tiles, replacement with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP/LVT) for B3226/B3303/B430, providing thresholds, and resilient rubber base, as stated in the Statement if Work (SOW).
