Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bangor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of general architectural, electrical and mechanical improvements to selected areas of Bangor Middle/High Schools including the gymnasium floor and bleachers, as well as site/playground area improvements, and door hardware upgrades at Walnut Elementary School. The Owner intends to send out the Notice to Proceed on or about August 13th , 2024.
