The City of Bloomington Department of Public Works requests proposals for Janitorial Services at multiple city facilities throughout Bloomington, Indiana. The purpose of this request is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for the scope of services included in this request. The City of Bloomington Department Public Works (DPW) intends to use the results of this process to potentially award contracts for Janitorial Services requested in this proposal for the facilities operated by DPW. Below is the list of the Facility Profiles for the Department of Public Works which are included in the Scope of Work Showers City Hall located at 401 North Morton Street. Fleet Maintenance Garage located at 800 East Miller Drive. Sanitation Garage located at 3406 South Walnut Street. Skywalk Common Area located between the Parking Garage on East Fourth Street and the Fountain Square Market Area on the city square. Parking Services Office located at 206 South Walnut Street.
