Scope The City seeks a qualified Bidder to perform all construction, modifications, and supply all materials and equipment for the City of Colleyville - Roof Repairs 2024 Colleyville Justice Center. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: Recover of Roof Areas A, B, & C, after removal of gravel surfacing, with gypsum cover board and two-ply modified bitumen membrane and flashings. In addition, removal and replacement of roofing at Roof Area D with polyisocyanurate insulation, gypsum cover board, and two-ply modified bitumen membrane and flashings. Replacement of metal copings at work areas to match existing coping and metal roofing. Work included in this project shall be bid as Base Bid Work and as individual Alternate Bid Items. Bidders are required to bid the Alternate. It is contemplated that Work awarded shall be awarded to a single contractor who meets the requirements of this Project Manual, has been pre-qualified to perform the Work, has been approved by manufacturers required to provide labor and material warranties, and who has submitted a schedule for construction with bid which has been found acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to complete the work contemplated therein.
