Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 09 September 2024. The solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside. The Period of Performance will be 19 November 2024 to 18 November 2025, with one option year. The PSC Code is J063. The NAICS Code is 561621, with a size standard of $25M. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide sustainment technical refreshment, program management, license maintenance, hardware devices, equipment, materials, training, programming, system installation/removal, connection, and all affiliated services associated with the NAVSUP FLCJ regional electronic security system. The solicitation will be available on or about 09 September for download on the System for Award Management (SAM) Website at: https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation, and subsequent amendments and all attachments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced website frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. SAM registration is mandatory. The SAM is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of the Central Contractor Registration, On-Line Representations and Certifications, and the Excluded Parties Lists System.
