Prevailing Wages : In addition to the terms and conditions referenced above, the Contractor will comply with all laws, regulations, and policies regarding prevailing wage determinations. These rules include, but are not limited to: Labor Code 1770: The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) has ascertained general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which the work is to be performed. Labor Code 1774: The Contractor to whom the contract is awarded, and any subcontractor under him, shall pay not less than the specified prevailing rates of wages to all workmen employed in the execution of the contract. Current prevailing wage rate information is available through the Department of Industrial. Location of Services: The location of services shall be performed at Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area (YBWA) (45211 County Rd. 32B, Davis, CA 95618 (Yolo County) and the Wildlife Area proper located two miles east of the facilities address which consists of approximately 17,000 acres. Contract Term Date: Upon DGS Approval through September 30, 2026 License Required: A - General Engineering Contractor, OR C-57 - Well Drilling, OR C-61 - Limited Specialty: D-21 - Machinery and Pumps Contractor Estimated Cost: $ 180,000.00 Bid prices/rates shall also include the cost for obtaining payment and performance bond premiums based on the Total Bid Amount.
