As of August 12, 2024, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available. The New York State Workers' Compensation Board ("WCB" or "Board") has a need for the manufacture and installation of interior signage at our office location currently under construction in Islandia, located at 2929 Expressway Drive North, Suite 200, Islandia, NY 11803. Such services shall be performed in accordance with the specifications set forth in this SOW. Please email WCBContracts@wcb.ny.gov as soon as possible with any questions about this Scope of Work. The Board anticipates the Islandia location will require approximately 28 signs for assisting the public with wayfinding while in our Islandia office, at this time expected to be: o Front glass door signage to include hours of operation, holiday schedule, and informational phone numbers (1) o Security (1) o Security Information (1) o Customer Service (1) o Waiting Room (1) o Attorney Room (1) o Interview Room (3) o Hearing Room (9) o Warning No Recordings (1) o Please Turn Off Cell Phones and Pagers (1) o Virtual Hearing Rooms (4) o Rehabilitation Room (1) o Appearance Room (3) The state agency reserves the right to reject any bid, request for assignment, renewal or extension for an entity that appears on the Prohibited Entities List prior to the award, assignment, renewal or extension of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the Prohibited Entities list after contract award. This site is currently under construction but should be ready to allow a vendor to begin installing signs by the end of July 2024. The Board requires the signs to be finished and installed no later than Friday, October 4, 2024. Vendor will work closely with the Board's Facilities unit to coordinate installation of signage.
