Trade Estimate General Contract - $418,000.00 Alternate 1: Borrowed Light - $9,000.00 i. Responsible for all work defined within the contract documents. This includes all general work items as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. ii. Responsible for scheduling and coordination of all subcontractors and trades. iii. Project management duties shall include running project meetings, recording and distribution of meeting minutes and maintaining a project schedule through project completion. iv. Selective demolition of walls, doors, frames, finishes, etc. v. Construction of new metal stud partition walls, installation of new doors and frames, ceilings, finishes, etc. according to the contract documents. vi. Mechanical work shall include select demolition of existing HVAC system including ductwork, diffusers, controls, etc. and installation of new system according to the contract documents. vii.
