Site work for a civil project in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100-percent Performance Bond and a 100-percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner Replacement of existing force main air releases and the rehabilitation of a lift station. Wage rates for this Project are subject to both the minimum wage rates as per State of Kansas wage rate determination in effect at the time of City Council approval of the agreement and to the minimum Federal Wage Rates. The State of Kansas wage rate determination effective at the time of this bid publication is included in the specifications. OWNER and ENGINEER in making copies of Contract Documents available do so only for the purpose of obtaining Bids on the Work and do not confer a license or grant for any other use. The work on this project shall be completed within 540 (Five Hundred and Forty) calendar days from the work order date in accordance with the plans and Standard Specifications.
