A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes but is not limited to; The construction of phase one of multiphase project that will contain soccer fields, open space play areas, picnic areas, equipment playground areas, pre-manufactured restroom building, walking paths, irrigation, utilities, infrastructure, site furnishing, and LED park lighting. The project is located on S Peach Avenue between E Hamilton Avenue and E Geary Street. The Construction Allocation for this project is $7,200,000. The work hereunder constitutes a "public work" as defined in Chapter 1, Part 7, Division 2 of the California Labor Code, and Contractor shall cause the work to be performed as a "public work" in accordance with such Chapter of the California Labor Code. The Council of the City of Fresno has adopted Resolution No. 82-297 ascertaining the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and per diem wages for holidays and overtime in the Fresno area for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed in the execution of contracts for the City.
