The City of League City is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms for the Construction of League Park Sign. The City reserves the right to make a single award or multiple awards to accomplish all services outlined in this RFP. Scope of Work : The City of League City is seeking qualified proposers for the construction of League Park Sign. The quantities in the Request for Proposal are estimates based on previous usage. These estimates are for acquainting the proposer with probable quantities to be expected during the contract term. These estimates are not intended to set forth minimum or maximum quantities. 1. Fabricate and install one (1) 3"(H) x 11' 0" (W) x 2' 0" (D) double-sided, non-illuminated monument base with a CMU with stucco finish and 4: (H) aluminum cap. 2. Structure to include Two (2) sets of non-illuminated 12" (H) x 3/8" (D) flat cut acrylic letters with custom paint flush stud-mounted directly to the face. Copy to read: "LEAGUE CITY EST. 1893" 3. One (1) Daktronics GT6x-108x288-10-2V LED display, double sided. Includes the following: a. Daktronics Verizon 4G Cellular Modem & Daktronics Verizon Lifetime 4G Cellular Data Plan. b. Venus Control Suite Basic Subscription for a secure, web-based software that enables display management anytime, anywhere via internet connection. c. Daktronics Specs: i. Display: 10mm: Full Color ii. Active Area: 3'8" (H) x 9'8" (W) iii. Cabinet Dimensions: 4'-2" (H) x 9'-11" (W) x 0'-7" D iv. Max Power: 20.91 Amps PER FACE Total of 41.82 Amps v. Communication: Verizon 4G Cellular Modem 4. Shaped to closely match current sign design 3'-11" (H) x 11'-0" (W) double sided nonilluminated aluminum top ID sign cabinet powder coated with "STOCK" Beige and Dark Green. 5. Cabinet to include two (2) sets of non-illuminated 12" (H) x 3/8" (D) flat cut acrylic letters with custom paint flush stud-mounted directly to the face. Copy to read: "LEAGUE PARK" 6. Sign to be installed onto a new steel post and concrete. 7. Installation of one (1) Daktronics LED display, one (1) aluminum cabinet, and two(2) sets of flat cut acrylic letters on a new steel pole with 3000psi concrete footing and concrete pad. 8. Customer responsible for removing and disposing the existing sign, concrete slab, stones, and the surrounding the flower bed. 9. Customer also responsible for supplying power within 3 feet of the installation location.
