1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Earthworks C7000001 or Landscape Construction C7000300 or Stormwater Ponds & Wetlands C7200107. 2. Re-establish existing ditches and expose culverts to ensure drainage. This includes but not limited to: Remove and clean debris from ditches, plane and remove overgrown vegetation and sediment accumulation, regrade slopes, install filter fabric and willow stakes to ensure soil stability. 3. This procurement process is intended to create a formal legally binding bidding process and will not be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion and any applicable warranty work.
