As of October 1, 2024, no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid. The Project consists of installing a 360,000 ground mounted water storage tank on foundation with a 2,500 GPM diesel fire pump, refurbishing an existing well pump, and completing associated site work, including but not limited to perimeter fencing, gravel access road and housekeeping pad, and electrical work. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Delta Regional Airport authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Irregularities in the Bids and Bidding Deemed to Be in the Best Interests of the Delta Regional airport Authority, and to Reject SCOPE OF WORK: A. The scope of work for this project includes mobilization and demobilization, the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, and material, performing all operations in connection with replacing a well pump, associate water lines, control box, and all system electrical wiring. Location is shown on Drawings. B. This specification includes a deep well lineshaft pump with an above ground discharge, manufactured for water lubrication of the lineshaft bearings by the water being pumped and furnished with a specified driver and accessories. The pumping unit shall be designed and manufactured to be lead free and in accordance with the latest Hydraulic Institute and AWWA specifications for lineshaft turbine pumps. C. Drilling, collection of water samples, casing, screening, gravel pack, developing, test pumping, and disinfecting of water supply well.
