This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. This work will take place in the utility room on the ground level at Station Nola. Replace Backflow Preventer.
